Restrictions:
Must be 18 years old and a resident of the state of North Carolina to be eligible to win. Hardison & Cochran, Attorneys at Law and Autism Society of North Carolina employees and their family are not eligible to win.

Entry Methods:
To be eligible to win, you must be a member of TeamAutismNC.

A member is considered someone who is subscribed to the TeamAutismNC e-newsletter.

By submitting the entry form above, you are “Joining The Team” and agreeing to receive marketing e-mails from TeamAutismNC and will be considered a team member, until you unsubscribe from the list.

 Unsubscribing from the list before the drawing date of December 3rd, 2022, will void your entry and you will not be eligible to win.

A list will be produced on December 3rd, 2022. The winner will come from this list. (See: Winner Selection)

Winner Selection:
On December 3rd, 2022 a list will be produced of every member of TeamAutismNC. It will be sorted by name and every member will be assigned a number. On December 3rd, 2022, at half time of the ACC Championship Football Game, a number will be randomly produced by using the website www.random.org. The member who has been assigned the number will be the winner.

Contacting Winner:
After a winner is selected (see: Winner Selection) they will be contacted by e-mail and phone. 

If, after 14 days, we cannot get in touch with the initial Wood Pellet Give-A-Way winning TeamAutismNC member, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented again. This process will be used until a winner is adequately contacted and confirmed.

If the initial winner fails to meet eligibility requirements, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented once it is determined that the initial winner is ineligible.

The Grand Prize Wood Pellet Grill cannot be substituted for cash or traded for any other items. If the Wood Pellet Grill described above (See: Grand Prize) is discontinued or unavailable for purchase, one of equal value will be substituted.

Prize Delivery/ Fulfillment:
Once a mailing address of the Grand Prize winner is confirmed, the item will be mailed. TeamAutismNC will cover any shipping costs for the Wood Pellet Grill.
